Spighe Molisane Bronze Calamari Pasta


This particular pasta shape is usually served with calamari sauce. Calamari pasta takes the same name as the fish because often you can’t tell the difference between pasta and fish! Since they are very hard it is advisable to cook them 5 minutes longer than the cooking time on the box to have a very good result! Calamari pasta goes well with many dressings: try calamari for a pasta salad!

For 100 g of pasta is needed 1 lt of boiling water. You are advised to add 10g per litre of cooking sale. Stirring occasionally gently. Taste to verify the perfect level of cooking. Drain pasta, add the dressing and serve
